The above services are offered to both male and female clients. Please note: We do not offer any Ayurvedic Massage services or prescribe any medication. We are not medical doctors or licensed therapists/psychologist/psychiatrists and do not therefore make any such representation during our Ayurvedic Wellness and Spiritual Healing sessions/programs. If you make an election to cancel/discontinue after the start of your coaching program, please be advised that you will not receive a refund for any of the remaining sessions. History

Established in 2013.
It was started as an Ayurvedic Nutrition coaching business and over the years we have added services like Spiritual healing including the healing energies of Reiki and the Crystals. In keeping with our clients' needs we have zoned into emotional cleansing and mental stress reduction by focusing on Chakra Evaluation and Healing for a holistic restructuring and balance of mind-body-soul. We continue to emphasize on authentic Ayurveda and the importance of the Journey to one's I AM from a Spiritual Healing perspective - which in turn, brings about deep inner change resulting in an amazing life transformation so that each one can Rise like a Phoenix!!

I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda fascinated me and I undertook the 150 hour Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification Program in the time-honored science of Ayurveda under a renowned Ayurvedacharya (Ayurvedic doctor) learning about the health issues faced in the US and India.
My quest for holistic health would have been incomplete without the wisdom of spirituality that I had the honor of imbibing from an enlightened Guru (who has recently taken 'Samadhi').
Ayurveda and Spiritual healing had introduced me to the magical world of Chakras and the significance of energy flows in the body. I pursued my desire for more knowledge by becoming certified in Chakra Assessment & Healing, Reiki (Levels I and II), Violet Flame and Crystal Therapy from India.
I am truly grateful to the Universe, my past, present, and future clients who allow me to be part of their Wellness journey!
