About Shannon:
After completing my Master’s in Organizational Development, I co-founded Shinebright, an organization dedicated to helping people identify their strengths and create a life where they can truly thrive. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of people from executives, mid-level professionals, recent college grads to teens to identify their strengths and carve out their best career and life paths.

About Meike:
As a former high school teacher, co-founding Shinebright fulfilled my passion for teaching and for helping people learn to be their best, strongest self. During the last five years, I have been able to tap into my strengths and coach teens, college students and adults in career transition.
